Day 1
Full day Cayo Arena
  • 08:00am Pick up directly at the hotels
  • Our excursion to Cayo Arena offers a wonderful tour departing from Puerto Plata, in comfortable buses with air conditioning and experienced drivers, accompanied by professional guides; You take the road to the north of the Dominican Republic and the trip is full of splendid landscapes and green mountains until you reach Punta Russia, a picturesque fishing village on the coast of Puerto Plata.
  • The land tour ends at Punta Russia Beach, where Isabela Bay is located, in which Cayo Arena is located. From there we will embark on a beautiful speed boat, in order to appreciate the flora and fauna of the aquatic route and visit the national park, sailing through the mangroves, with a great variety of beautiful natural colors. Yes We are lucky to see up close the famous "Manatees", placental mammals of the order Sirenia, popularly known as sea cows. Only one genus of this species survives.
  • After 45 minutes enjoying this unforgettable ride we arrive at Cayo Arena, here we will have free time to dive and observe many species of fish of all colors, take photos, take a refreshing bath swimming in crystal clear waters, chatting with the fishermen who come to the island or relax lying on the fine sand.
