Itinerary
Day 1
Navigation To Puerto Blest And Los Cantaros Waterfall In Bariloche
After picking you up at your hotel in the center of Bariloche, we will head towards Val, passing along the Nahuel Huapi Lake, along Castillo Avenue. Arriving at Puerto Pañuelo, located between the Llao Llao Peninsula and Villa Tacul, we will embark and start sailing on Lake Nahuel Huapi, a highlight of the region.
First we will go to the Centinela Islet, where the remains of the Expert Francisco Pascasio Moreno, father of the Argentine National Parks, rest. We will sail towards the Cascada de los Cántaros, from where we will be able to observe the majestic larch tree, which is believed to be 1,500 years old.
Then, we will walk for a while and enter the vegetation of the Valdivian jungle to reach Cantaros Lake, the birthplace of the waterfall.
Next, we will return to the ship and sail for just five more minutes to finally reach Puerto Blest, an incredible place visited by many tourists from all over. Then, you can visit the bay from there and get to know the shores of Lake Frías, whose peculiar green waters come from one of the glaciers of Cerro Tronador, the natural border between Argentina and Chile.
