• Cerro Catedral, located 19 kilometers from the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, opens the way for the inhabitants of the world eager to experience the adventure that mountain sports promise.
• Its maximum height is 2,338 meters above sea level, the Cathedral is a pioneer among the ski centers of South America, today it is the most complete and continues to modernize its facilities to offer visitors the most advanced infrastructure.
• We can access its summit through the different means of elevation, and from it we can admire an impressive landscape towards the central part of the Andes , with views of Cerro Tronador and the Puntiagudo volcano in Chile.
• With options for all types of skiing , including off-piste, those who practice freestyle and snowboard will have a specially designed area with bumps and rails to demonstrate their skills in the new snowpark. Cathedral is also the stage for the most important international competitions.
• In addition, Catedral has an advanced snow-making system that results in real flakes that cover a skiable area of around 10 hectares.
• During the winter you can do Alpine Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowboarding, Sledding, Snow Cats Paragliding, and during the summer the most important activities are Trekking, Mountaineering, Mountain Bike and Four Trax (ATVs).
• The cathedral hill has various services for its visitors throughout the year: paradores, first class restaurants, clothing and souvenir shops, photo development, medical service at the base of the hill, public telephones and internet access at the base and 1600 station, ski rental, ample parking, information center, nursery, ski school, shopping, nightclubs, etc.
